  Middle and High Schools 7:10 am–3:10 pm

• Valid Indiana teaching license for the assigned grade levels and/or subject areas (any valid Indiana Teaching license with content endorsement(s) covering grades K–6).
• Knowledge of effective practices, including principles, theories, procedures, and techniques used in lesson plan development and classroom instruction.
• Student performance data in the teacher's classroom must show a positive trend of growth on the Indiana College and Career Standards.
• Demonstrated leadership on their Quality Improvement Team (QIT) and at the school in developing school-based curriculum (SCIP's, Assessments of and for Learning, and Instructional Design).
• Skillful facilitation of teams through curriculum processes or effective problem solving.
