Fort Wayne Community Schools is looking for individuals to assist teachers in special education and general classrooms. This role involves supporting instructional and daily-life activities for students with special needs during the school year, typically between 7:15 am and 3:30 pm.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and possess strong communication, tutorial, and computer skills. A positive attitude and flexibility are essential, as well as a desire to help students succeed. Prior experience working with special needs students is preferred.
