As the Talent and Culture Training Coordinator (internally known as Study Buddy), you will design, develop, and deliver engaging onboarding and training experiences that enable team members to succeed across a variety of business functions. This role requires a strong ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and concepts, and translate them into clear, effective, and scalable learning solutions.
You will partner closely with subject matter experts and leaders to create structured, high-impact training programs that evolve alongside the organization. Success in this role requires a blend of instructional design, facilitation, organization, and project management skills, along with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs—including support for new systems, tools, and transformation initiatives.
A Typical Day- Design, develop, and deliver onboarding and training programs that support team members across multiple business functions
- Translate complex concepts, systems, and processes into engaging, easy-to-understand learning experiences for diverse audiences
- Partner with subject matter experts and leaders to gather information, align on learning objectives, and build relevant training content
- Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions, ensuring an engaging and supportive learning environment
- Manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously, including planning, scheduling, communication, and execution
- Continuously evaluate and improve training programs by collecting feedback, measuring effectiveness, and refining content and delivery methods
- Create tools, documentation, and resources to support ongoing learning and knowledge retention
- Support the rollout of new systems, tools, or process changes by developing and delivering associated training
- Collaborate with the Training Team to implement scalable and trackable learning solutions (including LMS or other technologies)
- Stay flexible and responsive to changing business needs, adjusting priorities and training approaches as needed
- Maintain strong organization and documentation across all training programs and projects
- You have previously performed the duties of a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or an educator on a team and have received rave reviews
- You have worked in customer service and nailed it
- You’re an all-star communicator and are fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- You are proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Publisher) - heck you consider yourself a wizard!
