Minimum Qualifications

Must possess a valid Indiana teaching license for the assigned grade levels and/or subject areas.REPA/REPA 3 Licensure Options:

• Any valid Indiana Teaching license with content endorsement(s) covering grades K-6

Must possess knowledge of effective practices including principles theories procedures and techniques used in lesson plan development and classroom instruction. Student performance data in the teacher's classroom must show a positive trend of growth on the Indiana College and Career Standards. Demonstrated leadership on their Quality Improvement Team (QIT) and at the school in developing school-based curriculum (SCIP's Assessments of and for Learning and Instructional Design).

Have skillfully facilitated teams through curriculum processes or problem solving effectively.
