The Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend Catholic Schools Office is seeking an SGO (“Scholarship Granting Organization”) Administrator to join our team. The candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the SGO initiatives within the diocese. This position involves analyzing individual schools' SGO balances and influencing enrollment strategies. Additionally, the SGO Administrator will be responsible for providing professional development opportunities for the team of school administrators and pastors.

Bachelor’s Degree or Higher (preferably in marketing and/or business administration)
Experience DesiredMinimum of three successful years in a marketing and/or business administration position.
Responsibilities- Provide guidance and lead with the full functionality of SGO software.
- After training, provide any necessary professional development to stakeholders.
- Develop strategies for marketing SGO opportunities to various individuals and groups.
- Become familiar with the NEW federal SGO functionality and requirements.
- Develop a strategic plan to implement the system with fidelity.
- Develop and conduct professional development sessions for parish school SGO committees to improve their strategic plan as it relates to SGOs.
- Serve as a member of the TSTC (“Teacher Salary & Tuition Committee”).
- Serve as a member of the SGO Board.
- Complete clerical tasks related to processing SGO donations and maintaining active records for an annual audit.
- Potentially have additional duties as assigned by the Superintendent.
- Participate in all SGONEI Board meetings and provide guidance and updates.
- Lead the development of a strategic plan to review and implement a Federal SGO program with collaborators.
- Work with Diocesan Communication’s team to maximize donor experience using the SGO software and resolve issues as needed.
- Host or provide necessary SGO management strategies to individual parish schools.
- Create a strategic plan framework and slide presentation; provide professional development sessions for all parish school teams.
- Provide the SGO Board with data related to the financial need of any school based on the School Statistics Report (“SSR”).
