Role: Teacher in early childhood education, supporting children's development through implementing curriculum, creating a safe environment, and fostering positive relationships with families, staff, and community partners.

• Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers, modeling behaviors and providing feedback
• Implement curriculum tailored to each child's needs
• Create a nurturing, safe space for learning and play
• Partner with parents to ensure quality care and education
• Collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve goals related to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Build positive relationships with families, licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills with multitasking ability
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or NAEYC candidacy (preferred)
• 2-3 years early childhood education experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications and obtain CPR/First Aid certification
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and engage in physical activity with children
• Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking for effective communication
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
