Job DescriptionThis is considered a temporary assignment. Schedule is based on student needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a minimum of three years of teaching experience and possess a valid Indiana teaching license for the assigned grade levels and/or subject areas OR be eligible to obtain an alternative teaching credential. REPA/REPA 3 Licensure Options:
- English as a New Language P-12
- Teachers of English Learners P-12
Must be able to transport self to various locations within the greater Fort Wayne area.
HOURLY RATE:
- Valid Indiana Teaching license = $40.00 per hour
BASIC FUNCTION:
Providetutoringservicesto Title lllNon-Publicstudentsin English language development.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Identify Title III Non
- Public students under the guidance of the Local Education Authority (LEA) using criteria outlined in the rules and regulations covering Title III. - Collaborate with teachers of Title III Non - public students to align English language development instruction with general education curriculum.
- Tutor Title lll Non - public students in the area of English language development. Both individually and in small groups in an area outside of the classroom setting; monitor student progress.
- Regularly consult with LEA regarding Title III services for the Non - public site(s) .

duties of this job the incumbent is seated or walking at will and must be able push, pull, lift and carry up to 25 pounds .
