Work Model: Onsite
-Two of the Five days 20%-30% will be traveling to job sites for the FW District.
Will submit expenses for fuel and vehicle rental.
No overnight travel.
Monday
- Friday (40hrs a week).

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Essential Job Functions
Coordinate work activities within the team and with external partners, including contractors and vendors, to resolve routine technical issues and support field activities.
Perform a variety of assignments requiring technical knowledge, analytical skills, and problem-solving techniques.
Participate in the planning and organization of outage-related activities and project work.
Make sound decisions and contribute to team decision-making and consensus building.
Collaborate effectively with others by providing information and seeking assistance when needed.
Provide training, guidance, and support to lower-level employees, as appropriate.
Identify and support effective ways to protect and enhance the environment while providing reliable electricity at a competitive cost.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Listen to and identify the needs and expectations of internal and external customers.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, management, customers, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
Demonstrate knowledge of client’s general terms and conditions, with the ability to accurately interpret and administer contracts.
Apply technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and develop effective solutions.
Demonstrate a strong customer-service mindset and a commitment to meeting the needs of internal and external customers who rely on the team’s work.
Physical Demand Level: Sedentary
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university or college or an associate's technical degree and 3 years of experience in design, operations, planning, construction or maintenance of systems and/or equipment.
Work Experience:
Typically requires a minimum of three years of experience in work activities and projects requiring technical knowledge.
