Civil Engineer

Our client, a leader in the utilities industry
, is looking to hire an Engineer to join their team.
This will be fully onsite in Fort Wayne, IN.

As an Engineer
, you will support general engineering activities for capital projects at oil and natural gas facilities
. You will have the opportunity to learn from senior engineering staff, collaborate with junior engineers, and to receive additional training/ professional development!

• Develop and maintain structural systems and controls according to engineering specifications, procedures, and directives
• Participate in pre-production meetings and materials testing research for pipe, fittings, flanges, valves, pressure vessels
• Design materials, structures, and systems following practicality, regulation, safety, and cost restrictions
• Conduct feasibly studies to gather staffing and material resource requirements,
  setting standards for operating and development activities

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 1+ years of relevant experience Civil or Mechanical Engineering

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, MS Project, Procore, CAD software, digital blueprinting tools or similar software
• Prior experience or interest in utilities, oil, gas, or resource management industries highly valued!
