What You’ll DoYou’ll work alongside experienced engineers and learn by doing — contributing to real projects from day one.
- Supporting the design of roads, bridges, building structures, or site layouts.
- Helping develop plans, calculations, and technical reports.
- Preparing permitting documents and assisting with project coordination.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to solve engineering challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
- EIT certification a plus, or a willingness to work toward it.
- Familiarity with Civil 3D, Micro Station, or other engineering software is helpful.
- Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit.
- A self-starter who’s ready to learn and grow across a variety of projects.
