• Review customer test requirements and prepare testing plans for laboratory.
• Work with designer and machinist to create necessary fixtures for laboratory testing.
• Setup and conduct mechanical tests on various components and assemblies.
• Work with test technicians to document and monitor tests to ensure accurate and timely results.
• Perform data analysis and generate test reports for customer deliver.

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in an R&D or quality testing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hand‑tool proficiency.
• Strong computing skills.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Servo‑hydraulic load frame experience preferred.
• Medical device experience preferred.
• Experience using MTS test control software preferred.
• Experience working within an ISO quality management system preferred.
