About This Role

As a Technology Program Manager
, you will serve as the lead Project Manager for the Electrical Center of Excellence (ECOE) within Engineering. In this role, you will oversee critical mid‑size engineering projects from inception to completion and drive key initiatives toward operational excellence. You will be directly responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, managing schedules, risks and budgets, and conducting critical‑path analyses to keep initiatives on track.

A key focus of this position is to manage projects successfully through status reviews, communication to stakeholders and conduct phase‑gate reviews with leadership. The projects could be new product development or to drive Schedule B projects to maximize cost‑saving opportunities and profitability. Balancing technical strategy with execution, you will facilitate resolving project bottlenecks by working with cross‑functional teams and delivering transparent progress reports to leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for mid‑size projects and suggest appropriate adjustments to ensure adherence to the established project plan, schedule, and budget.
  • Record and document delays, changes in scope, and any other incidents that impact the scope of work or schedule to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Pursue all cost‑saving opportunities to maximize project profitability.
  • Perform critical‑path analysis and prepare and implement work‑around plans to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Conduct meetings, consolidate, and present plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the project(s).
  • Identify and react to project problems and recommend solutions, such as reallocating resources or changing contractual specifications.
  • Support operational excellence initiatives across the CoE.
  • Own selected Sch B projects and drive cost savings.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronic Engineering.
  • 7+ years of leading engineering projects and programs in a technology and manufacturing industry.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required by project needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven project leadership experience through completing multiple projects cradle‑to‑grave.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
  • Foundation in hardware design engineering of electronic controls.
  • Experience running projects with production via contract manufacturing.
  • Strong communication in a global matrix organization with stakeholders across engineering, operations, quality, sales, customers, etc.
Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 and $ annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

This position is entitled to short‑term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
