Location: Fort Wayne, IN – North American Headquarters
Reports to: Manager, Costing

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly motivated Costing Engineer to join our costing department. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and experience working with automotive or similar projects.
This Costing Engineer will support the Costing Department by performing the following duties:
Job Duties- Generate new part cost calculations, existing part cost calculations, and cost breakdowns as needed.
- Create and utilize Excel spreadsheets to perform complex calculations, track data, and publish reports.
- Estimate the cost to produce a part for a new manufacturing process.
- Create Bill of Materials and routings in ERP system.
- Investigate and correct ERP costing errors.
- Work with the Industrial Engineer Department to estimate tooling costs.
- Work with Industrial Engineer Department at VOSS Automotive Mexico to keep the cycle time and setup time tables/files up‑to‑date for existing and new part processes.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering and 2 years' experience
- Experience with manufacturing and assembly processes
