Industrial Engineer

Location: Fort Wayne, IN – North American Headquarters
Reports to: Manager, Costing

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Industrial Engineer to join our costing department. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and experience working with automotive or similar projects.

• Generate new part cost calculations, existing part cost calculations, and cost breakdowns as needed.
• Create and utilize Excel spreadsheets to perform complex calculations, track data, and publish reports.
• Estimate the cost to produce a part for a new manufacturing process.
• Create Bill of Materials and routings in ERP system.
• Investigate and correct ERP costing errors.
• Work with the Industrial Engineer Department to estimate tooling costs.
• Work with the Industrial Engineering Department at VOSS Automotive Mexico to keep the cycle time and setup time tables/files up-to-date for existing and new part processes.

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering and 2 years' experience
• Experience with manufacturing and assembly processes
