Controls Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead automation projects from concept through commissioning and customer acceptance.
• Develop and troubleshoot PLC/PAC, HMI, and machine control systems.
• Design control system architectures, networks, and automation solutions.
• Integrate robotics, vision systems, and MES/data collection platforms.
• Support quoting, estimating, and project planning activities.
• Work closely with engineering, assembly, and customer teams throughout project execution.
• Travel to customer sites for installation, startup, training, and support.

• 5+ years of Controls Engineering experience in industrial automation or machine building.
• Experience with robotics, machine vision, HMI/SCADA, and industrial networks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and commission automated equipment.
• Experience leading projects and working directly with customers.
• Engineering degree or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Willingness to travel as needed for project support.
