Fulltime- Systems Engineer - Onsite

What You Will Do

Support a variety of activities including concept development, requirements management, design oversight for RF systems, production support, failure analysis, supplier engagement, test planning, implementation, and system integration, verification, and validation.

• Understand the customer’s functional and operational needs and participate in requirements decomposition.
• Oversee allocation of technical elements.
• Support system integration, test, design verification, fault identification, failure resolution, and acceptance of production hardware.
• Provide engineering support to laboratory test and qualification activities, overseeing evaluation and analysis of system hardware and firmware performance.
• Assist with customer inquiries, field failures, product obsolescence, system enhancements, new product development, integration, and transition to production.
• Evaluate and assess the performance of developmental electronic warfare systems, including signal processing subsystems.
• Balance multiple commitments while exercising discretion and operating with moderate oversight.

After comprehensive on‑the‑job training, you will work in systems engineering, integration, and test activities throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) obtained by the start date.
• 12 months or less of professional experience (excluding internships).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance prior to the start date.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Academic or extracurricular experience in radio, communications, or radar systems design, operation, analysis, or simulation.
• Experience communicating and presenting system design details, and/or test results to stakeholders.
• Experience analyzing, developing, and implementing solutions to complex technical problems in conditions of moderate uncertainty.
• Ability to support occasional business travel (20% or less).

• Exposure to RF system design, digital and/or analog signal processing, waveform and signal modulation analysis, and/or algorithm implementation and testing.
• Experience with development, implementation, and test of RF jamming algorithms.
• Experience using MATLAB, Path Wave ADS, and/or Path Wave EMPro for simulation and RF system design.
• Experience with C/C++ or Python programming languages.
• RF receiver/exciter product design, development, and/or test experience in the Electronic Attack (signals jamming) sub‑domain of EW.
