Make a Direct Impact on Electric Reliability
We're looking for a Project Coordinator - Power Reliability Programs to support initiatives aimed at reducing power outages and improving service reliability for customers.
This role offers a mix of project coordination, field engagement, and technical problem-solving, providing the opportunity to work closely with construction crews, contractors, and operations teams on critical infrastructure improvements.
Key Responsibilities
+ Coordinate field and office activities to support construction, maintenance, and reliability projects.
+ Work with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
+ Support outage planning, project scheduling, documentation, and resource coordination.
+ Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
+ Analyze technical information and help resolve project and operational challenges.
+ Assist with training and mentoring team members as needed.
+ Promote safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement in all work activities.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field or a Technical Associate's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
+ Experience in construction, operations, planning, maintenance, or utility/infrastructure environments.
+ Strong project coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with field personnel, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience
+ Electric utility, power system, or infrastructure project experience.
+ Coordinating field crews, contractors, or construction activities.
+ Applying technical knowledge to solve field and project-related challenges.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position based in Fort Wayne or Muncie, Indiana, with approximately two days per week spent at local job sites and the remainder in an office setting. No overnight travel is required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
