We are seeking motivated Project Engineers and Entry-Level Engineers to join a growing team focused on delivering innovative automation, control systems, and industrial engineering solutions across a variety of industries. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to build hands‑on experience, work on impactful projects, and grow their engineering careers in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Lead and support the design, development, and execution of engineering projects from concept through completion
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project scope, budget, and timelines are met
- Develop engineering documentation including drawings, specifications, and technical reports
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of systems
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in the design and development of engineering systems and project deliverables
- Support senior engineers with drafting, documentation, and technical analysis
- Participate in site visits, installations, and system testing
- Learn and apply industry standards, codes, and engineering best practices
- Contribute to problem‑solving efforts and project coordination activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field
- 2–5+ years of engineering or project experience in industrial automation or similar environment
- Experience with controls, systems integration, or industrial processes preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field
- Internship or co‑op experience in engineering or manufacturing preferred
- Strong willingness to learn technical systems and project workflows
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; CAD or drafting exposure is a plus
- Strong problem‑solving, teamwork, and communication skills
- Hands‑on project experience with real‑world industrial systems
