Master Spas is seeking a Process Engineer to transform ideas and observations into practical manufacturing processes on the production floor. You’ll impact lamination, foam, acrylic, and rotational molding areas by applying lean principles to reduce waste, defects, and downtime.
You’ll work with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations to develop and implement improved processes, train staff, and update work instructions.
