PROMOTORES DE TELEFONÍA ZTE
REQUISITOS
- Tener de 6 meses de experiencia en ventas de celulares/tecnología, retail u operadores móviles como Claro, Movistar o Entel.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar 48 h semanales rotativo, y movilizarse entre puntos de venta.
- Contar con carné de sanidad.
- Contar con una excelente actitud para las ventas.
- Disponibilidad para laborar en horarios rotativos.
- Atención y asesoría directa a clientes sobre smartphones, accesorios y productos inteligentes.
- Lograr la venta final, construyendo relaciones con clientes, jefes de tienda y asesores.
- Mantener exhibición organizada y alineada con la imagen de la marca.
- Reportar desempeño, incidencias, y recolectar información de la competencia.
- Asistir a capacitaciones técnicas y comerciales.
- Todos los beneficios de ley desde el primer día de trabajo.
- Remuneración: S/1130 + S/100 movilidad + comisiones S/ 600
- Incentivos por equipos vendidos
- Línea de carrera con incremento en la estructura salarial
- Capacitación en técnicas de ventas, marketing y aspectos técnicos de los diferentes productos.
