Concrete Technician

GME Testing is seeking highly motivated individuals with common sense approach to performing testing on concrete and have civil engineering and/ or geotechnical engineering interest to join our rapidly growing company in our existing Fort Wayne, Indiana office.

The right candidate will be trained to cast concrete cylinders, break concrete cylinders, analyze and report results. The candidate will be introduced to density compaction techniques and other soil testing methodology and analysis.

This position provides an opportunity to gain knowledge in the field and responsibility through work experience and further education, with the ability to develop into a higher-level Field Technician or an Engineering position at GME Testing. The right candidate will have career path to a permanent job.

• This is a full-time job with overtime pay.

• GME Testing pay scale is performance based.
• Pay Rate is dependent on experience and performance starting at $ 18 per hour.
• We will pay for the right candidate to obtain ACI certification.
