American Structure point is seeking an entry-level Staff Engineer in Fort Wayne, IN to support roadway projects for INDOT, cities, towns, and counties across Indiana. You will assist with quantity takeoffs, create construction plan sets using Micro Station Open Roads Designer, prepare design documentation, and help develop construction cost estimates.
Most work occurs in the office with occasional site visits, providing hands-on experience across a wide range of transportation projects.
