Education Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field PE License preferred but not required

Technical Experience 7+ years of electrical engineering experience Data center, mission critical, utility, power generation, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor, or large capital projects preferred

Strong understanding of:
Medium and low voltage power distribution One-line diagrams Switchgear UPS systems Generators Transformers Protection and controls Electrical commissioning

Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams Experience managing issues across:
Owners General Contractors Electrical Contractors Commissioning Teams Equipment Manufacturers Engineering Consultants Comfortable facilitating difficult conversations and driving decisions

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Systems Program Engineer to serve as the technical lead and coordination point across multiple stakeholders involved in mission-critical data center electrical infrastructure. This individual will own issue resolution, drive accountability, facilitate cross-functional alignment, and ensure successful execution of complex electrical systems from design through commissioning.

The ideal candidate combines deep electrical engineering expertise with strong project leadership skills and can confidently represent the owner's interests in discussions involving contractors, vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams.

Compensation: $65hr to $90/hr + OT (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.)
