Job Title
The Multi-Product Power & Digital department is responsible for FPGA and hardware designs for electronic warfare, radar, and effector products.
Job responsibilities of this role include activities such as troubleshooting electronics in a lab or production environment, performing system and circuit level analysis, supporting failure investigations, maintaining and creating documentation, hardware and/or logic design, and interacting with multi-discipline groups including suppliers.
Designing digital, power, and analog circuits
VHDL design
Testing electronic hardware
Operating and automating test equipment in a lab environment
Analyzing, modeling, and simulating electronic designs
Component selection for electronic designs
Layout and routing support of printed circuit boards
Masters's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major.
Experience with one or more of the following:
Analog, Digital Electronics, Mixed Signal, Circuit Design or Analysis, Power Electronics, VHDL, FPGA, Electrical Components, Digital Signal Processing, or PCB design.
This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)
3.0 cumulative GPA desired from an ABET accredited institution.
Digital, Analog, and/or Power electronics coursework.
Lab experience with hardware/software integration, test equipment, test automation scripting, test conduction, sensor control.
Demonstrated experience with VHDL or Verilog coding, simulation, and synthesis.
Knowledge of electrical circuit design, analysis and troubleshooting using common lab equipment.
