Prestige Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer for a direct hire opportunity with excellent benefits in the greater Fort Wayne area. Responsibilities include becoming familiar with customer Specific Quality System Requirements, acting as liaison with external parties on matters relating to assigned product, heading all APQP efforts, managing customer issues, internally collected variable and attribute data, BOM accuracy, and more.

Requirements include a four-year degree and at least three years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing facility, excellent communication skills, strong math skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to apply common sense understanding to resolve conflicts and handle issues involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
