Lead the scene, set the stage, and make every guest's night a showstopper.

Lead all guest-facing operations at Foellinger Theatre, ensuring smooth, safe, and welcoming experiences for patrons. Supervise ushers, gate staff, volunteers, and guest services while coordinating with Box Office, Facilities, Security, and Theatre Operations teams.

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise FOH staff and volunteers
• Oversee gate entry, seating, ADA accommodations, crowd flow, and guest services
• Handle patron concerns promptly and escal ion major issues as needed
• Conduct pre/post-event walkthroughs to maintain safe, clean, and guest-ready spaces
• Coordinate with internal teams to align FOH operations with overall event needs

• High school diploma required;
  Associate's or related degree preferred
• Experience in front-of-house management, guest services, or venue operations
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in an outdoor venue

• Valid Indiana Driver's License
