This full-time on-site Corporate Controller role is based in Fort Wayne, IN. The Corporate Controller will oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and budgeting processes. Key responsibilities include managing financial audits, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies, monitoring cash flow, preparing financial statements, and providing strategic financial insights to senior leadership. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and maintain financial integrity.

• Strong financial and accounting expertise, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with GAAP
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and managing audits
• Experience with ERP systems, financial software, and process optimization tools
• Strategic planning, decision-making, and leadership capabilities
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial management roles
• Strong understanding of manufacturing or industrial operations is a plus
