The Finance Associate will p erform the functions and activities supporting Accounting & Finance.

• Associates degree in Accounting/Finance or related field or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities.
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience is preferred.

• Facilitate account collections and support the credit application process through completing customer credit checks, recording payments, issuing customer statements and preparing month-end reports.
• Prepare and distribute a consolidated “daily sales report”.
• Investigate short/over payments and customer/vendor queries; resolve any found issues.
• Scan and index documentation related Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable.
• Review, reconcile and record incoming invoices into the ERP Accounts Payable system.
• General ledger account reconciliations.
• Support and maintenance of capital asset accounting.
• Generation of weekly payment reports and files.
• Prepare necessary general ledger journal entries.
• Cross-train to provide backup for other Accounting and Finance tasks.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

• Must be able to work without close supervision and be capable of self-checking completed work.

• Fast-paced office environment
