Key Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial data to support reporting cycles and leadership discussions
• Prepare financial reports, data summaries and insights used to guide organizational decisions and performance conversations
• Lead the annual budget process while partnering with leaders across the business to compile the company’s financial plan
• Support forecasting activities by gathering data, building models and refining projections for leadership review
• Use Excel, Power BI and available tools to create and maintain dashboards, reporting sources and financial analysis models

Must Have Skills and Experience (Required)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field with at least four years of relevant analytical finance experience
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work with large datasets and summarize findings clearly for leaders
• Experience using Power BI or similar tools to support reporting and analysis
• Ability to collaborate with leaders and communicate clearly in a Financial Analyst role that requires curiosity and initiative
• Strong analytical foundation with experience working through monthly, quarterly and annual financial cycles
