Key Responsibilities Manage the preparation, review, and filing of indirect tax returns and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions Advise project and procurement teams on indirect tax implications and review contract language for appropriate tax treatment Conduct tax technical research, manage audits, and implement internal controls for consistent tax treatment across projects
Required Qualifications B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or Law (MS, JD, or CPA preferred) 10+ years of indirect tax experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or renewables Strong knowledge of construction-specific tax issues and experience with indirect tax audits Familiarity with ERP systems Ability to interpret complex construction contracts for correct tax treatment
