• Utilize and establish reporting templates/dashboards within operating systems, Excel, SharePoint and other tools.
• Print and distribute invoices and statements.
• Assist with the procurement process.
• Assist with data entry.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business full‑time.
• Proficient in Excel for data management.
• Organizational and time‑management skills.
• Strong data analytics, financial acumen, and operational metrics‑driven mindset.
• Sophomore or higher class standing with a graduation date of December 2026 or later.
• Available to work a minimum of 25 hours each week, year‑round.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
