FP&A Supervisor
Under the guidance of the Director of Finance, the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical activities to support strategic decision-making. This role involves close collaboration with advanced leadership and cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive business performance and growth.
ResponsibilitiesLead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting cycles.
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations.
Partner with department leaders to evaluate performance and optimize costs.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis.
Conduct long-range planning and scenario analysis.
Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting tools.
Assist with board presentations, investor reporting, and executive communications.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial reports.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Experience with financial systems (e.g., ERP, BI).
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Skills & Qualifications
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA).
Experience in financial analysis in a relevant industry.
The position operates Monday through Friday in an office setting, with the option of one remote workday. The work environment is professional and collaborative, leveraging technologies such as Microsoft Office Suite to enhance productivity.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Fort Wayne, IN. This is a fully onsite position in Fort Wayne, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $ - $/yr. 20% subject to business performance, paid annually. (prorated based on DOH)
