The Accounting Manager oversees the organization’s accounting operations while driving high‑quality financial analysis, accurate reporting, and strategic financial insight. • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis, including variance and trend analysis.
• Build financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long‑term planning.
• Evaluate operational performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support scenario planning and risk assessment initiatives.
• Partner with department leaders to assess financial performance and resource allocation.

• Prepare and oversee accurate, timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain and enhance internal reporting processes, tools, and dashboards.
• Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with auditors.
• Develop executive‑level financial presentations and board‑ready reports.
• Ensure strong internal controls and uphold reporting integrity.

• Oversee the general ledger, month‑end close, and account reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
