Job Overview

- Lead due diligence teams.

- Excellent writing skills and superior academics.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
CertificationsBar admission in the state of Indiana or eligibility for admission.
Skills- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in managing complex transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
