This position is in our Finance/Accounting department and more specifically in our Financial Operations group. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the Finance/Accounting department performs as efficiently as possible for Med Pro Group. In the role, you will have the opportunity to be involved in one or many of the following areas: financial system administration, cross-functional projects, business development and integration, metrics and key performance indicators (KPI's), and various process improvement projects.
Inthis role, you will…
- Develop, analyze, and interpret financial KPIs and operational metrics, translating data into actionable insights and leveraging modern tools to support and influence business decision-making
- Support and/or own the effectiveness of financial operations and supporting systems, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and strong control execution
- Drive process improvements and leverage technology solutions, including emerging AI tools, to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across Finance Operations
- Contribute across Finance and Accounting functions to support operational priorities, continuous improvement, and evolving business needs
- Lead and/or support cross-functional initiatives, including system implementations, integrations, and process transformation efforts
- Partner and IT and cross-functional stakeholders to align financial systems and processes with business needs
- Monitor and improve financial system performance, data integrity, and user experience
- Support business growth and integration activities by establishing and reinforcing consistent, scalable Finance processes
- Develop and document process flows, controls, and system workflows (e.g., PowerPoint, Visio)
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience working with financial data (advanced Excel required; Tableau or similar data visualization tools strongly preferred) to drive analysis and inform business decision‑making
- Experience with financial systems and tools,including involvement in system implementations, enhancements, or large‑scale process changes, preferred
- Demonstrated ability to identify and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and operational effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting,Business, or a related field
- Exposure to multiple financial disciplines(e.g., AP, AR, reporting, audit, risk), with an understanding of how processes and systems connect across Finance
- Insurance or financial services industry experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic,cross‑functional environment
- Interest in or experience leveraging emerging technologies (e.g., AI tools) to enhance analysis, automate processes, orimprove operational workflows
- Demonstrated curiosity, integrity, and an ownership mindset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment todata integrity, with an understanding of financial controls within systems and processes
- Strong PowerPoint and process documentation skills preferred
