Mid West America is seeking a Mortgage Processor in Fort Wayne, IN. You will ensure a timely process from application to closing, reviewing loan requests, and tailoring solutions across Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, New Construction, and Portfolio programs.
Responsibilities include structuring and pricing loans, coordinating with the Mortgage Loan Originator and Underwriter, and locking loans with borrowers and investors. Travel to assigned locations may be required.
