The Treasury Management Associate I (TMA I) position is responsible for effectively developing, expanding, and servicing new and existing customer relationships through a specialization in business deposits and Treasury Management (TM) banking services and products.

• Education:
  
  A 2-year degree in a Business or Finance-related field is normally required. Additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Experience:
  
  A minimum of 2-3 (two to three) years’ experience in banking is normally required. Bank Treasury Management experience is a plus.
• Skills:
  
  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills; ability to type at least 50 wpm; advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; fluent communication in the English language; ability to travel between Bank and client locations as needed.
