Community State Bank is seeking a Commercial Lending Officer (Commercial Relationship Manager) to join our dynamic team of Commercial Lending professionals in our Fort Wayne, Indiana loan production office. Qualified candidates with a minimum of three (3) years of Commercial Lending experience preferred, CSB offers a competitive compensation and benefits package and a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Position

Purpose:

The Commercial Banking Relationship Manager II (CRM II) is responsible for implementing and executing a disciplined sales and client service process to develop new, and expand current, commercial banking relationships to fully solve clients’ financial needs. Sales goals will be commensurate with position level and experience. The CRM II may also assist with training less experienced CRMs as needed.

Education: A 4-year college degree in Business or related field normally required.

Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience: A minimum of three to five (3-5) years of commercial lending experience required.
Skills: Professional verbal and written communication skills; ability to type at least 30 wpm; proficiency with Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; fluent communication in the English language; ability to create thorough, accurate, and professional-level written client presentations; ability to travel frequently to various client and bank locations as needed.
