About the Role

Woodhouse Spas are seeking a skilled Esthetician to join our team. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing professional skin care treatments to our clients, helping them achieve their skincare goals and enhancing their overall well‑being.

• Act as a steward of the Woodhouse brand.
• Perform exemplary services based on Woodhouse protocols.
• Provide excellent guest services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilize salon software to schedule appointments and manage client information.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with current State Board regulations.

• State License required; three years licensed Esthetician preferred.
• Luxury spa experience preferred.
• Knowledge of a variety of esthetic treatments and techniques (holistic and clinical a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive, friendly demeanor.
• Regular and consistent attendance is required.
• Ability to work well with team members, managers, and guests.
• Strive to pursue continuing education to stay current in the profession.
• Compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Basic mathematical skills for product measurement.
• Reasoning ability: exercise good judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and company goals.

• Classification:
  Part‑Time or Full‑Time.
• Shift: Various – Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be able to sit and bend over for most of the day.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Must be able to perform multiple services during a shift.

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
