Summit Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Southwest clinic. We are a locally owned, patient-centered practice committed to delivering physical therapy the way it was intended.
One-on-one, hands-on, and relationship-driven
. We prioritize quality of care over volume and believe excellent outcomes come from time, attention, and meaningful patient interaction.

• One-on-one treatment sessions (no double booking)
• Emphasis on manual therapy and active patient engagement
• Strong mentorship and collaborative team culture
• Autonomy to practice with clinical reasoning and purpose

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) PT or PTA in Indiana
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to evidence-informed practice
• MDT/McKenzie training or experience is a plus
