This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fort Wayne, IN, for a Manager of Medical Clinic Staff Development. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and overseeing professional development programs for medical staff, ensuring compliance with clinical quality standards, and promoting an environment of continuous learning. The Manager will collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance staff training, coordinate clinical research initiatives, and support overall medical affairs.

Additional tasks may include conducting needs assessments, developing training materials, and monitoring effectiveness of the programs.

• Strong background in Medicine, Medical Affairs, and knowledge of clinical processes
• Experience in Training and developing staff in a clinical or medical setting
• Expertise in Clinical Research and general Research methodologies
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
• Relevant certifications or advanced degrees in healthcare, medical management, or related fields are a plus
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, policies, and patient care best practices
