The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Wellness Coordinator to join our growing team. This role focuses on customer service.

• Providing excellent services to members and patients and gaining memberships in order to meet sales goals.
• Greeting members and patients upon arrival, checking patients in, completing transactions using point of sale software and ensuring all patient accounts are current and accurate.
• Answering phone calls and re‑engaging inactive members.
• Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace.
• Confidently presenting and selling memberships and visit packages.
• Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies, procedures and direction.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Possess a winning attitude and outgoing personality.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Have strong phone and computer skills.
• Able to accept constructive criticism in a positive manner and use it as a learning tool.
• Have at least one year of previous sales experience.
• Background in marketing a plus.
• Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
• Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner.

This role will be part time, 1-3 scheduled shifts per week. Requires weekday evenings 2:45pm - 7pm and weekend availability as our clinics are open Saturday and Sunday 10am - 4pm.

• Starting pay: $15 - $18 per hour, depending on experience.
