Perform duties in accordance with accepted standards of resident care, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and escorts/transfers;
Assist residents with nutritional needs, including setting dining tables, serving meals, and ensuring proper fluid intake with substitutions as appropriate;
Remind residents to take medication and assist with opening containers and packages;
Recognize changes in residents' behavior or conditions and report those changes to the Assisted Living Director;
Assist with maintaining quality of life and safety for residents in independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings
