Fort Wayne Health Campus is a proud member of the Casa Healthcare family, and our therapy team is looking for a PTA who cares about helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence. You’ll work under a licensed Physical Therapist and report to our Director of Rehabilitation.

• Provide therapy to residents with musculoskeletal, neurological, balance, and gait needs
• Deliver treatment per the physician order and the supervising PT’s plan of care
• Document treatments, progress notes, and therapy records
• Manage resident treatment schedules and caseloads
• Flag caseload needs and resident screenings to the Director of Rehabilitation
• Follow infection control policies and OBRA Resident Rights guidelines
• Take part in facility meetings and required in-services

• Active PTA license in Indiana
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Comfortable working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
