Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Hotel Front Desk Manager, where you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. In this lively role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, manage guest relations, and lead a team dedicated to hospitality excellence. Your energy and leadership will set the tone for a memorable stay, fostering a positive environment that encourages guest loyalty and team success.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services, including check-in, check-out, and concierge assistance
  • Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Oversee night audit procedures, ensuring accurate financial records and reporting for overnight operations
  • Coordinate reservations, room assignments, and special requests to maximize guest satisfaction
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette while handling multi-line phone systems to assist guests and internal departments effectively
  • Foster guest relations by providing personalized service and addressing concerns with empathy and efficiency
  • Lead training initiatives in hospitality management, customer service standards, and hotel policies to ensure team excellence
Requirements
  • Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles, including guest services and hotel operations & sales
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
  • Experience with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems is advantageous
