Summary
Under the direction of the CSR Supervisor, provides customer service at front desk and food & beverage areas inside all Excel Sports facilities. Responsible for excellence in customer service in all aspects of service areas. Works closely with rest of operations team to ensure that all programming and events run smoothly. Responsibilities will include basic food preparation, point of sale cashiering, set up, and general cleaning of facility.
EducationHigh school diploma/GED preferred.
ExperienceMinimum of 1 year experience in hospitality services, customer services, of general labor preferred.
Other QualificationsMust be 16 years of age. Must be able to lift 40 pounds. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates ability to multi-task and work independently using critical thinking skills. Must be able to use departmental equipment, as outlined by the department. Ability to perform the physical demands of frequent standing, walking, lifting, stooping, and bending.
