Blue Flame manages three hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont and the Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites North (a dual property location).

As a Housekeeping Lead at the hotels, you will prioritize guest satisfaction while overseeing operations.

• Clean assigned rooms
• Assign rooms to be cleaned to room attendants by shift, including finalizing daily paperwork by shift end
• Inspect all rooms and common areas each day to ensure quality standards are met
• Supervise the day-to-day operation of the department and work activities of assigned personnel
• Assist with inventory
• Maintain compliance with company policies, practices, procedures, and safety standards

• High school diploma
• Some knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning techniques
• Ability to deal with various types of personalities and situations
• Ability to make fast and sound decisions
• Desire to reach perfection
• Ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence, and memos
• Availability to work weekends
