• Join our Front Desk team as a Night Auditor with a highly motivated, guest-focused mindset.
• Use your engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests.
• Assist guests during check-in, register guests, and be a source of knowledge about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.
• Be detail-oriented, enjoy engaging with guests from around the world, and aim to "WOW" people.

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest in guests.
• Check guests in, ensure proper credit is received, note and fulfill special requests, and establish accurate information.
• Help resolve problems and recover with guests when things aren’t perfect.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Interact with hotel/resort staff professionally and assist other departments with necessary information.
• Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain house bank; generate, print, and distribute daily and weekly reports.
• Ensure Night Audit procedures are followed with attention to detail.
• Communicate all pertinent information to the manager on duty.
• Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
• Assist other departments as needed.

• Must have the ability to work the overnight hours.
• High attention to detail; a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A strong desire to make an impact on other people with an outgoing and engaging personality.
• Computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
