What’s the job? As Housekeeping Manager, you’ll keep all aspects of housekeeping and laundry running smoothly - and ensure high standards are met to deliver memorable and unique guest experiences.
Responsibilities- Manage the housekeeping and laundry operation to ensure brand standards are met
- Direct the team and follow up to make sure no guest leaves unhappy
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping department
- Inspect all cleaned rooms daily to brand standards
- Recommend disciplinary or other staffing/human resources-related actions in accordance with company rules and policies
- Alert management of potentially serious issues
- Ensure all staff are properly trained and compliant
- Respond to guest complaints and special requests
- Inventory and scheduling
- Conduct pre-shift meeting and review all information pertinent to the day’s activities
- May assist with other duties as assigned
- Frequently standing up and moving about the facility
- Frequently handling objects and equipment to maintain the facility
THIS POSITION REQUIRES WEEKEND AVAILABILITY. IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO WORK ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.
Requirements- Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff alike.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation: $18–$20/hour ($37,000–$42,000 annually based on full‑time schedule)
