Position Overview
Blue Flame Management manages three hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont, Hilton Garden Inn, and Home2 Suites North (dual property location).
Responsibilities- Clean assigned rooms in accordance with standard operating procedures, including dusting, vacuuming, and changing linens.
- Restock paper and soap supplies as directed by supervisor.
- Ensure all checkout room linens and terry are stripped by noon daily.
- High school diploma.
- Some knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning techniques.
- Ability to deal with various personalities and situations.
- Fast, sound decision-making ability.
- Desire to reach perfection.
- Ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Availability to work weekends.
